Orientation of top functionaries of Tata Consultancy Services
After the smoke free hotels, restaurants and Government institutions Aparajita motivated TCS officials for a brief presentation on Tobacco at their premise. The objective behind this presentation was to make the corporate houses aware on the evils of this deadly tobacco menace and making the TCS office smoke free. VHAI had a presentation on the brief overview of Tobacco control activities on 27th June'2008 at the TCS office in Fortune Tower. VHAI elaborated on its successful intervention in tobacco control including the challenges faced while working with the Government sector. After this presentation for the first time in Orissa Corporate houses have been involved into this anti tobacco Campaign and this initiative for making the corporate houses smoke free gathered appreciation at all levels.
